Fresh mint has its own place in the kitchen. Mint powder simply makes refreshing mint flavour easier to use whenever fresh leaves are not practical or available.

Yes. Mint powder naturally has a slightly different profile than freshly crushed mint, but it delivers a pleasant minty aroma and refreshing flavour in everyday recipes like chutneys, raita, chaas, jaljeera and seasonings. Simply adjust the quantity to suit your taste.
In many everyday recipes, yes. Mint powder works well wherever mint is used mainly for flavour, such as chutneys, curd preparations, drinks, chaats and spice blends. Recipes that specifically require whole fresh leaves for texture or garnish are better suited to fresh mint.
Keep the jar tightly closed after every use and store it in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon to help maintain its freshness and aroma.
Mint is a natural agricultural ingredient, so slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour can occur from one harvest to another. These natural differences are normal and reflect the use of real mint leaves rather than artificial colours or flavours.
Yes. Small lumps can naturally develop because our Mint Powder is made without artificial anti-caking agents or preservatives. Since mint naturally absorbs moisture from the air after opening, slight lumping may occur over time. Simply shake the jar or gently break the lumps with a dry spoon before use. We also include a food-grade oxygen absorber to help maintain freshness. Please do not consume the oxygen absorber sachet.
