👌 Perfect For ✅ Jain-friendly spicy snacks & starters✅ Kids’ tiffin or quick evening bites✅ Air fryer or oven-friendly munchies✅ Wraps & rolls for parties 📝 Ingredients (for 4 servings) 🥄 Ingredient Qty Nairuti Vyutpadan Jain Peri Peri Masala 40 g (10 g per person) Thick curd (optional for creamy style) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Oil or melted butter 2 tbsp Baby potatoes / paneer / veggies 300-350 g Salt (adjust if needed) As required Fresh coriander & lemon wedges For garnish 👩🍳 Step by Step Process 1️⃣ Make Marinade:In a bowl, mix: 40 g Peri Peri Masala 2 tbsp oil or melted butter 1 tbsp lemon juice (Optional: 2 tbsp thick curd for light creamy texture) Blend to a smooth paste. 2️⃣ Coat:Add baby potatoes (parboiled), paneer cubes or assorted veggies. Toss to coat evenly. 3️⃣ Marinate:Cover & keep aside for 15-20 min for flavours to develop. 4️⃣ Cook: Tawa: Roast on medium flame till crisp & golden. Oven: Bake at 200°C for 12-15 min, flip once. Air fryer: 180°C for 10-12 min, shake basket midway. 5️⃣ Finish:Sprinkle a little extra Peri Peri Masala on top before serving. 6️⃣ Serve:Garnish with coriander & serve hot with lemon wedges. 🍽️ Serving Suggestion Perfect with a cool mint dip, cheesy mayo or stuffed in wraps & pita pockets. ⭐ Special Tips 💡 Always dry paneer or veggies before marinating for better coating.💡 Want extra crunch?
