How to Prepare

Mix 50 g premix with 500 ml water. Cook on medium-to-low heat, stirring regularly, until fully cooked and at your preferred consistency. Finish with butter or ghee and garnish with coriander or a little cream if desired.

Approx. yield: 150 g ≈ 15 bowls • 300 g ≈ 30 bowls.
