Ingredients

  • Nairuti Farali Akhrot Millet Halwa Premix: 320 g
  • Milk: 200–300 ml, adjust to preferred consistency
  • Ghee: 1 tbsp
  • Walnut kernels: 8–10, roughly chopped
  • Sliced almonds: 1 tbsp, optional
  • Premium Black Raisins: 1 tbsp, optional
  • Cardamom powder: A pinch, optional

How to Make

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
  2. Add the premix and roast gently for 4–5 minutes, stirring continuously until aromatic.
  3. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook for another 4–5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. Mix in the chopped walnuts and cook for another minute.
