Malvani Masala Curry for Family of Four
👌 Perfect For ✅ Coastal style curries & gravies✅ Weekend fish or chicken meals✅ Rich coconut-based veg dishes✅ Authentic Maharashtrian taste 📝 Ingredients (for 4 servings) 🥄 Ingredient Qty Nairuti Vyutpadan Malvani Masala 40 g (10 g per person) Grated coconut (fresh/dry) 4 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) 2 medium Tomato (chopped or puree) 2 medium Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp Veggies / paneer / chicken / fish 300-350 g Water As needed Fresh coriander & lemon wedges For garnish 👩🍳 Step by Step Process 1️⃣ Roast Coconut:In a pan, dry roast 4 tbsp coconut till light golden. Keep aside. 2️⃣ Prepare Base:Heat 3 tbsp oil. Add onions, sauté till golden.Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes. 3️⃣ Spice Up:Add 40 g Malvani Masala. Fry on low flame for 1 min to release aroma. 4️⃣ Add Tomatoes:Add chopped tomatoes or puree. Cook till oil separates. 5️⃣ Combine:Add roasted coconut & mix well. Add veggies, paneer, chicken or fish. 6️⃣ Cook:Add ½ to 1 cup water (as needed for gravy). Cover & cook on low till done (10-12 min). 7️⃣ Finish:Garnish with fresh coriander.
