👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Roast Coconut:
In a pan, dry roast 4 tbsp coconut till light golden. Keep aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Base:
Heat 3 tbsp oil. Add onions, sauté till golden.
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes.
3️⃣ Spice Up:
Add 40 g Malvani Masala. Fry on low flame for 1 min to release aroma.
4️⃣ Add Tomatoes:
Add chopped tomatoes or puree. Cook till oil separates.
5️⃣ Combine:
Add roasted coconut & mix well. Add veggies, paneer, chicken or fish.
6️⃣ Cook:
Add ½ to 1 cup water (as needed for gravy). Cover & cook on low till done (10-12 min).
7️⃣ Finish:
Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
