Tandoori Masala Magic for Family of Four
👌 Perfect For ✅ Grilling weekends & BBQ parties✅ Family dinners & gatherings✅ Quick oven / air fryer treats✅ Starter platters with mint chutney 📝 Ingredients (for 4 servings) 🥄 Ingredient Qty Nairuti Vyutpadan Tandoor Masala 50 g (12-13 g per person) Thick curd (hung or whisked) 150 g Lemon juice 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Mustard oil / any oil 1 tbsp Paneer / veggies / chicken / fish 300-400 g Salt As needed Butter or ghee (for brushing) As needed Onion rings, lemon wedges, coriander For garnish 👩🍳 Step by Step Process 1️⃣ Make Marinade:In a bowl, mix 50 g Tandoor Masala, 150 g thick curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp mustard oil. Blend to smooth. 2️⃣ Coat & Marinate:Add paneer cubes, veggies, chicken or fish. Coat well.Cover & refrigerate at least 30 min (better for 2 hours). 3️⃣ Grill or Bake: Tawa: Cook on hot greased pan till slightly charred. Oven: Bake at 200°C for 15-20 min, flip once. Air fryer: 180°C for 12-15 min.
