👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Make Marinade:
In a bowl, mix 50 g Tandoor Masala, 150 g thick curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp mustard oil. Blend to smooth.
2️⃣ Coat & Marinate:
Add paneer cubes, veggies, chicken or fish. Coat well.
Cover & refrigerate at least 30 min (better for 2 hours).
3️⃣ Grill or Bake:
- Tawa: Cook on hot greased pan till slightly charred.
- Oven: Bake at 200°C for 15-20 min, flip once.
- Air fryer: 180°C for 12-15 min.
- Tandoor: Grill traditionally till done.
4️⃣ Brush & Finish:
Halfway through, baste with butter/ghee for rich smoky flavour.
5️⃣ Serve:
Arrange on platter, top with onion rings, coriander & lemon wedges.
