👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Make Marinade:
In a bowl, mix:
- 40 g Peri Peri Masala
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- (Optional: 2 tbsp thick curd for light creamy texture)
Blend to a smooth paste.
