40 g (10 g per person)

Thick curd (optional for creamy style)

2 tbsp

Lemon juice

1 tbsp

Oil or melted butter

2 tbsp

Baby potatoes / paneer / veggies

300-350 g

Salt (adjust if needed)

As required

Fresh coriander & lemon wedges

For garnish


👩🍳 Step by Step Process

1️ Make Marinade:
In a bowl, mix:

  • 40 g Peri Peri Masala
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • (Optional: 2 tbsp thick curd for light creamy texture)

Blend to a smooth paste.


2️ Coat:
Add baby potatoes (parboiled), paneer cubes or assorted veggies. Toss to coat evenly.


3️ Marinate:
Cover & keep aside for 15-20 min for flavours to develop.


4️ Cook:

  • Tawa: Roast on medium flame till crisp & golden.
  • Oven: Bake at 200°C for 12-15 min, flip once.
  • Air fryer: 180°C for 10-12 min, shake basket midway.

5️ Finish:
Sprinkle a little extra Peri Peri Masala on top before serving.


6️ Serve:
Garnish with coriander & serve hot with lemon wedges.

Perfect with a cool mint dip, cheesy mayo or stuffed in wraps & pita pockets.
