👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Prepare Base:
Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan.
Add 40 g Shahi Paneer Masala, sauté on low flame for 1 min to release aroma.
2️⃣ Add Tomatoes:
Add tomato puree. Cook till it thickens & oil leaves sides.
3️⃣ Cashew Cream:
Add 2 tbsp cashew paste. Stir well. Cook for 2-3 min.
4️⃣ Make Gravy:
Pour in 200 ml milk, stir continuously. Let it come to a gentle boil.
5️⃣ Paneer Time:
Add paneer cubes, cook on low for 5 min so paneer absorbs flavour.
6️⃣ Finish Rich:
Add 3 tbsp fresh cream & ½ tsp crushed kasuri methi. Mix gently.
