Qty

Nairuti Vyutpadan Shahi Paneer Masala

40 g (10 g per person)

Fresh cream

3 tbsp

Milk

200 ml

Tomato puree

2 medium tomatoes

Cashew paste (soaked & ground)

2 tbsp

Oil or ghee

2 tbsp

Paneer cubes

250-300 g

Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)

½ tsp

Fresh coriander & saffron strands

For garnish

👩🍳 Step by Step Process

1️ Prepare Base:
Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan.
Add 40 g Shahi Paneer Masala, sauté on low flame for 1 min to release aroma.

2️ Add Tomatoes:
Add tomato puree. Cook till it thickens & oil leaves sides.

3️ Cashew Cream:
Add 2 tbsp cashew paste. Stir well. Cook for 2-3 min.

4️ Make Gravy:
Pour in 200 ml milk, stir continuously. Let it come to a gentle boil.

5️ Paneer Time:
Add paneer cubes, cook on low for 5 min so paneer absorbs flavour.

6️ Finish Rich:
Add 3 tbsp fresh cream & ½ tsp crushed kasuri methi. Mix gently.

7️ Garnish:
Top with saffron strands & coriander leaves.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Pair with butter naan, kulcha or jeera rice for a luxurious royal meal.

Special Tips

💡 Always cook on low flame after adding milk & cream to prevent splitting.
