Boiled chickpeas or white peas: 1 cup

Tamarind chutney: 2 tbsp
Chaat masala: 1½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder: ½ tsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp

Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Sev or papdi: ½ cup
Fresh coriander: 2 tbsp, chopped
Step-by-Step Method
