Whisk thoroughly until smooth and lump-free.

Heat approximately 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan. Add the prepared mixture and cook on medium flame for 8–10 minutes.
Stir regularly until the gravy thickens and the raw taste disappears.
Finish & Serve
Add paneer, mixed vegetables, kofta or mushroom. Simmer for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the flavour.
Add a little water only if you prefer a thinner gravy. Serve hot.
