Recreate rich, restaurant-style curry at home with Nairuti Golden Gravy Premix. Naturally thickened with a banana base and enriched with cashew, sesame, amchur, and methi, this golden blend delivers an authentic dhaba-style aroma—without any artificial colors or preservatives.
Ingredients
-
4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 60 g) Nairuti Golden Gravy Premix (15 g per serving as per pack instructions)
-
400 ml milk or buttermilk (for a smooth or tangy finish)
-
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
-
250–300 g of cooked vegetables, paneer, kofta, or roasted nuts
-
Fresh cream or additional buttermilk (optional, to enhance taste)
-
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method
1. Mix the Gravy Base
In a bowl, whisk together 4 heaped tablespoons of Golden Gravy Premix with 400 ml of milk or buttermilk until smooth and lump-free.
2. Cook the Gravy
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Pour in the mixture and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer
Reduce the flame and let the gravy simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and begins to release oil.
4. Add Main Ingredients
Add the cooked vegetables, paneer, kofta, or roasted nuts. Gently stir and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
5. Final Adjustments
Adjust the tanginess or sweetness by adding more buttermilk or a touch of sugar, if desired. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
