👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Heat Oil:
In a deep pan, heat 3 tbsp oil or ghee.
2️⃣ Sauté Base:
Add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, sauté till raw smell goes.
3️⃣ Add Tomatoes:
Add tomato puree, cook till oil separates.
4️⃣ Spice Up:
Add 50 g Hyderabadi Masala. Mix well, cook on low flame for 2-3 min.
5️⃣ Curd Magic:
Lower flame, slowly add whisked curd while stirring to avoid curdling. Cook for 2 min.
6️⃣ Add Main:
Add chopped veggies / paneer / chicken. Mix well.
7️⃣ Simmer:
Add ½ cup water (adjust as needed). Cover & cook on low flame till done (10-15 min).
8️⃣ Finish:
Garnish with fresh coriander & mint leaves.
