👩🍳 Step by Step Process

1️ Prepare Base:
Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a kadhai.

2️ Add Masala:
Add 40 g Kadhai Masala. Sauté on low flame for 1 min to release aroma.

3️ Tomatoes:
Add tomato puree (or finely chopped tomatoes). Cook till oil separates & masala thickens.

4️ Veggies & Paneer:
Add capsicum pieces & paneer cubes (or veggies). Mix well to coat with masala.

5️ Cook:
Add a splash of water if needed. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-7 min till veggies are tender.

6️ Finish:
(Optional) Stir in 2 tbsp fresh cream for richer texture.

7️ Garnish:
Top with fresh coriander.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Best enjoyed with phulka, roti, jeera rice or soft parathas.
