👩🍳 Step by Step Process
1️⃣ Prepare Base:
Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a kadhai.
2️⃣ Add Masala:
Add 40 g Kadhai Masala. Sauté on low flame for 1 min to release aroma.
3️⃣ Tomatoes:
Add tomato puree (or finely chopped tomatoes). Cook till oil separates & masala thickens.
4️⃣ Veggies & Paneer:
Add capsicum pieces & paneer cubes (or veggies). Mix well to coat with masala.
5️⃣ Cook:
Add a splash of water if needed. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-7 min till veggies are tender.
6️⃣ Finish:
(Optional) Stir in 2 tbsp fresh cream for richer texture.
7️⃣ Garnish:
Top with fresh coriander.
