Ingredients

160g          | 1 full pack       | 100 ml  | ½ tsp
320g          | 1 full pack       | 200 ml  | 1 tsp

How to Prepare

1️⃣ Measure & Pour
- In a thick-bottomed pan, pour the required quantity of milk.
- Add ghee and bring it to a gentle boil.

2️⃣ Add the Premix
- Gradually add the full pack of Keshar Moong Dal Halwa Premix into the hot milk.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

3️⃣ Cook & Stir
- Keep stirring on medium flame for 3–4 minutes.
- The halwa will start to thicken and release a fragrant aroma.

4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Switch off the flame.
- Garnish with saffron strands, roasted almonds, or cashews.
- Serve warm and indulge in its royal taste.
