Nairuti Vyutpadan Chai Masala (any flavour)

½ tsp (pinch per cup)

Water

½ cup (125 ml)

Milk

2 cups (500 ml)

Tea leaves

2-3 tsp

Sugar

As needed


👩🍳 Step by Step Process

1️ Start with Water:
Take ½ cup water in a pan. Bring it to a gentle boil.


2️ Add Milk:
Pour in 2 cups milk. Let it come to a boil.


3️ Add Tea:
Add 2-3 tsp tea leaves. Let it simmer for 2-3 min so it releases colour & taste.


4️ Sweeten:
Add sugar as per your preference. Stir well.


5️ Add Chai Masala:
Before the final boil, add a pinch (about ½ tsp total) of your chosen Nairuti Vyutpadan Chai Masala
Regular for classic taste
Tulsi Pudina for herbal freshness
Ginger Pepper for warming spice
Ginger Elaichi for sweet aroma

Let it come to one last boil to bring out the flavours.


6️ Strain & Serve:
Strain into cups & serve steaming hot.
