Multipurpose Jain Gravy Mix Curry (Serves 4):

Enjoy rich, restaurant-style curries at home with Nairuti Multipurpose Gravy Premix. Naturally tangy from tomatoes and banana, this blend is smooth with cashew and sesame, and infused with over 20 aromatic spices including clove and cardamom. 100% Jain-friendly — no onion, no garlic, and free from artificial colors or preservatives.

Ingredients

  • 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 60 g) Nairuti Multipurpose Gravy Premix (15 g per serving as recommended)

  • 400 ml milk (for a smooth, creamy consistency)

  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

  • 250–300 g cooked vegetables, paneer, or kofta

  • Fresh cream or extra milk (optional, for adjusting taste and consistency)

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

1. Mix the Base
In a bowl, mix 4 heaped tablespoons of the premix with 400 ml milk until smooth and lump-free.

2. Cook the Gravy
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Pour in the prepared mixture and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.

3. Simmer
Reduce the flame and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens and oil begins to separate along the edges.

4. Add Main Ingredients
Add your cooked vegetables, paneer, or kofta. Gently stir and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to absorb the flavors.

5. Final Adjustments
Add fresh cream or extra milk to achieve the desired thickness and richness. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
