Nairuti Vyutpadan Peri Peri Masala

40 g (10 g per person)

Oil or melted butter

2 tbsp

Lemon juice

1 tbsp

Thick curd (optional for coating)

2 tbsp

Baby potatoes / paneer / chicken / veggies

300-350 g

Salt (optional)

As needed

Fresh coriander & lemon wedges

For garnish


👩🍳 Step by Step Process

1️ Make Mix:
In a bowl, combine 40 g Peri Peri Masala with 2 tbsp oil & 1 tbsp lemon juice.
(Optional: add 2 tbsp thick curd for a creamy texture).


2️ Coat:
Add parboiled baby potatoes, paneer cubes, chicken strips or veggies. Toss well so they’re evenly coated.


3️ Rest:
Let it marinate for 15-20 min for flavours to soak in.


4️ Cook:

  • Tawa: Roast on medium flame till crispy.
  • Oven: Bake at 200°C for 12-15 min.
  • Air fryer: 180°C for 10-12 min, shake midway.

5️ Finish:
Sprinkle a pinch of extra Peri Peri Masala on top before serving.


6️ Garnish & Serve:
Top with fresh coriander, serve with lemon wedges & mayo dip.
