Red Gravy Mix Curry (Serves 4)

Recreate rich, restaurant-style curry at home with Nairuti Red Gravy Premix. This flavorful blend is infused with the deep essence of tomato, onion, and garlic, naturally thickened with a banana base, enriched with cashew cream smoothness, and spiced with over 10 handpicked ingredients for an authentic taste experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 60 g) Nairuti Red Gravy Premix (15 g per serving as per pack instructions)

  • 400 ml milk (for a creamy texture) or water (for a lighter option)

  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

  • 250–300 g of cooked vegetables, paneer, chicken, or kofta

  • Fresh cream (optional, for enhanced richness)

  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method

1. Prepare the Base
In a bowl, mix 4 heaped tablespoons of Red Gravy Premix with 400 ml of milk or water until smooth and lump-free.

2. Cook the Gravy
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Pour in the prepared gravy mixture and bring it to a boil, stirring continuously.

3. Simmer
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens and oil begins to separate at the edges.

4. Add Main Ingredient
Add your cooked vegetables, paneer, kofta, or chicken. Stir gently and simmer for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

5. Final Touch
Add a spoonful of fresh cream if desired for a richer taste. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
