How to Prepare
1️⃣ Measure & Pour
- Add milk to a heavy-bottomed pan and stir in the ghee.
2️⃣ Add the Premix
- Add the full pack of Kesariya Keshar Halwa Fast Special Premix to the milk.
- Stir well to combine.
3️⃣ Cook & Stir
- Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously for 2–3 minutes.
- The halwa will turn rich and glossy.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Switch off the flame.
- Garnish with saffron strands and chopped dry fruits.
- Serve warm and relish the divine aroma.
Chef’s Tips
✨ Add 1–2 tsp warm milk soaked saffron for extra flavor.
✨ Use full cream milk to make it richer.
✨ Stir consistently to get perfect texture.
