👌 Perfect For ✅ Jain-friendly everyday sabjis✅ Quick restaurant-style kadhai curries✅ Paneer, capsicum & mixed veg dishes✅ Easy family dinners 📝 Ingredients (for 4 servings) 🥄 Ingredient Qty Nairuti Vyutpadan Jain Kadhai Masala 40 g (10 g per person) Tomatoes (puree or finely chopped) 3 medium Capsicum (cut into squares) 1 medium Paneer cubes / mixed veggies 300-350 g Fresh cream (optional for richness) 2 tbsp Oil or ghee 2 tbsp Salt As needed Fresh coriander For garnish 👩🍳 Step by Step Process 1️⃣ Prepare Base:Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a kadhai. 2️⃣ Add Masala:Add 40 g Kadhai Masala. Sauté on low flame for 1 min to release aroma. 3️⃣ Tomatoes:Add tomato puree (or finely chopped tomatoes). Cook till oil separates & masala thickens. 4️⃣ Veggies & Paneer:Add capsicum pieces & paneer cubes (or veggies). Mix well to coat with masala. 5️⃣ Cook:Add a splash of water if needed.
