Naturally thickened with a banana base and enriched with cashew, sesame, amchur, and methi, this golden blend delivers an authentic dhaba-style aroma—without any artificial colors or preservatives. Ingredients 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 60 g) Nairuti Golden Gravy Premix (15 g per serving as per pack instructions) 400 ml milk or buttermilk (for a smooth or tangy finish) 2 tablespoons oil or ghee 250–300 g of cooked vegetables, paneer, kofta, or roasted nuts Fresh cream or additional buttermilk (optional, to enhance taste) Chopped coriander leaves for garnish Method 1. Mix the Gravy BaseIn a bowl, whisk together 4 heaped tablespoons of Golden Gravy Premix with 400 ml of milk or buttermilk until smooth and lump-free. 2. Cook the GravyHeat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Pour in the mixture and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously. 3. SimmerReduce the flame and let the gravy simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and begins to release oil. 4. Add Main IngredientsAdd the cooked vegetables, paneer, kofta, or roasted nuts. Gently stir and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes to absorb the flavors. 5. Final AdjustmentsAdjust the tanginess or sweetness by adding more buttermilk or a touch of sugar, if desired. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
